Advanced communication is present on almost every profile in the APPCRO BMS. The Collaboration tab has available four options:

  • Comments – the total number of comments for this request.
  • Tasks – the total number of tasks pertaining to the selected comment.
  • Events – the total number of events related to the selected comment.
  • Attachments – the total number of attachments associated with the selected comment.

The comment can be favored, a user can respond to the comment, and under Add Activity create a new task or event that will appear later under the Tasks or Events tab.
