Registers and dockets

A system for centralized management and creation of a series of registers and record books. It contains modules: Dashboard; Overview of registers and record books; Register management (creation of registers, record entry); Record book management (creation of record books, record entry); Centralized record overview; Record verification and approval; Documentation*; Reports.

Registers Profile

The Register Profile is used for centralized management of records and related data. Each register has its own profile, which displays basic information, status, linked documents, and activities. The goal is to provide an overview and control of all key data in one place.

Registers Overview

The Register Overview displays a list of all registers in the system, allowing quick filtering, adding new ones, and viewing existing ones. This functionality serves as a central point for managing registers and their basic data.

Registers Creation Form

The Register Creation Form allows you to enter the basic information needed to define a new register in the system. The goal is to make data entry simple and structured so that the register can be used in further operations.
