Travel orders dashboard

The Travel Orders Dashboard is a very useful graphical overview of all key information related to the elements of the Travel Orders subsystem. On the main dashboard, users can view a summary of all important information in one place, such as: the 10 most recently created travel orders, the 10 most recently processed expense reports, travel orders in progress, the number of local (loko) drives currently underway, and much more. All widgets on the dashboard are interactive — users can move them around as they wish, and double-clicking on any widget opens a detailed view of the selected elements.

Travel orders

Managing travel orders has never been easier. With Appcro BMS Travel Orders, you can quickly and easily view, create, and manage travel orders, with the added benefit of using templates for frequently repeated routes. Users can effortlessly enter all necessary travel details — from dates and locations to purpose and expenses — and have a clear overview of all orders, their statuses, and accompanying documentation. Users can also add routes, per diems, expenses, and payments to the created travel orders.

Local travel

For tracking local travel within the work area, we offer a local travel submodule, tailored for managing official trips using private or company vehicles. The system allows for the entry of routes, mileage, and expenses, with a transparent overview of all costs. It is ideal for organizations that handle reimbursements for employees using their own or company vehicles for business purposes. The module provides insight into vehicle expenses, distance, cost location, and much more. Users can also view trip-related details such as starting and ending odometer readings, the asset (vehicle) in use, and can input additional vehicle-related costs such as parking fees, repairs, highway tolls, and similar. It's important to note that the system calculates amounts in the currency selected by the user and can convert values using the current exchange rate into the desired currency.
